Terms and Conditions
The student must comply with the Chapters International rules and regulations included herein to ensure the highest possible standard of conduct, best possible outcome and an enjoyable experience for all.
Course Payment
- Full payment is due prior to commencement of a course or bundle.
- No refund or credit will be given should you fail to complete the course.
- Prices as per our pricelist are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment Options:
Please note that courses are priced in US Dollars and converted to your local currency on processing.
Option 1: PayPal
- Pay directly from your PayPal account and begin training straight away.
Option 2: Direct Deposit or EFT
- Contact us at info@chaptersinteriors.com and tell us which course or bundle you would like to sign up for. We will issue a tax invoice to you with the total amount to be paid.
- Make a payment into our bank account, as detailed on the invoice using the exact payment reference given on the invoice
- Once payment has been received, we will issue you a promo code to access your courses online.
Please note that Chapters is VAT registered (vat no. 4550197729) and 15% VAT is included in all quoted prices on the Thinkific website.
Cancellation
- Cancellations must be provided in writing to info@chaptersinteriors.com
- At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our credit/refund policy, we reserve the right to ban your account and to restrict all future use of the service. If we ban your account or disable your access to a course due to your violation of these Terms you will not be eligible to receive any credit or refund.

- All rights reserved. No part of any course material may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, photography, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of the publisher, except in the case of brief quotations embodied in critical reviews and certain other noncommercial uses permitted by copyright law.
- When you enrol in a course, you get a license from us to view it via the Chapters Academy Services and no other use. You may not reassign, transfer or resell courses in any way.
- If you are a student, the services enable you to ask questions to the instructors of courses you are enrolled in, and to post reviews of courses. For certain courses, the instructor invites you to submit content as “homework” or assignments. Don’t post or submit anything that is not yours.

- By registering for a Chapters course, students agree to adhere to Thinkific’s Terms of Service.
